This is the work of Chuck anderson.

What caught my eye about this piece (and some of his other pieces) was the play on depth. The way the text sits on a very flat paper like plane with highly decorated edges that seems to float is intriguing enough. But my favorite element is the blurred floral arrangement that sits beneath it. It gives the effect that the underside of the 'paper' is reflecting an intensely coloured rose garden. It makes me want to reach in and flip that layer over for examination.
